Celebrating Creativity: Wearable Wonders Competition 2024

The Wearable Arts competition has come to a close, and what an amazing event it was! Our local schools truly brought their A-game, showcasing jaw-dropping and innovative designs.

We were blown away by the incredible creativity of our young artists and the support from the community. It was a week filled with excitement, as visitors admired the stunning wearable art creations and cast their votes for their favorite pieces.

A big congratulations to Ormiston Junior College, who took home the $1,000 prize, thanks to your votes! But truly, all the kids did amazing work, and we’re so proud of every school that participated, including Somerville Intermediate, Howick Intermediate, and Botany Secondary College.

Thank you to everyone who came together to celebrate our community’s creativity and talent. The energy, unity, and support were unforgettable, and we can’t wait to do it all again next year!
